Terms and Conditions for Giveaway 

  • The promoter is: Queen On The Scene whose registered location is Sioux Falls, SD and e-commerce shop is: https://www.queenonthescene.com. 
  • The competition is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or older.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.queenonthescene.com/pridegiveaway 
  • Multiple entries from the same person are accepted.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • By submitting information VIA the form, entrants agree to be put on the Queen On The Scene emailing list and the Phoenix Pride email list.
  • The winner can pick up their pride pack from the Queen On The Scene vendor booth during the Rainbows Festival and will be allowed to choose their 6 pins!
  • Upon pickup of the merchandise, the winner will be asked if it's ok for us to post their picture with the pride pack to our social media profiles. It's ok for the winner to decline. If the winner is unable to attend the festival for an in-person pick up, we will gladly ship the pride pack to a domestic address. 
  • The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: Pride Pack containing: 6 Pins on the Winner's Choice, Signature 'Taste the Rainblow' snapback, and Pride Bandana.  
  4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  5. The winner will be drawn at random and the first name and last initial will be announced during our Go Live from Queen On The Scene's Facebook and cross-posted to our IG account. The winner will also be announced on Phoenix Pride social media accounts.
  6. Queen On The Scene is not affiliated with Phoenix Pride. They're just super cool in letting us doing a giveaway ahead of their 2022 Rainbows Festival. 
  7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    • Queen On The Scene shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
    • Queen On The Scene also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
