Custom Enamel Pins: Sioux Empire Community Theatre 'Pins With Purpose' Spotlight

Custom Enamel Pins for a Cause

Sioux Falls Community Theatre partners with Sioux Falls-based business Queen On The Scene who manufactured custom enamel pins for the organization through the ‘Pins With Purpose’ program.

“Our ‘Pins With Purpose’ program is funded by pin sales and allows us to offer bulk, custom enamel pins at wholesale cost (or no cost) to organizations for fundraisers, to raise awareness or giveaway,” says owner of Queen On The Scene, Quinn Kathner. “The pin’s unique design captures the feel of the theatre as it features two tickets with the iconic comedy/tragedy mask along with the 120 Club name.”

The 120 Club is a great way to help make live theater accessible to everyone in the community by making a $10 per month donation to the organization.

Donations allow the organization to give complimentary tickets to local organizations that support people who might otherwise not be able to see live theatrical performances. Organizations which receive 120 Club support include the Center for Active Generations, Children’s Home Society and The Banquet, to name a few.

“We love to give back to organizations who are making a positive change on a local level,” adds Kathner. “When we work together, communities become stronger and creating custom enamel pins for the organizations is how we can help.”

The 120 Club pins are distributed to new club members who sign up for the program. If you or someone you know is interested in purchasing a pin, click here to visit the Sioux Empire Community Theatre’s 120 Club website.

About the 'Pins With Purpose' Program

The 'Pins With Purpose' program was started in tandem with Queen On The Scene as a way to give back to organizations for fundraising opportunities or visibility efforts. As of 2020, the 'Pins With Purpose' program has proudly creates unique designs for LGBT non-profits organizations, community organizations with a positive message and individuals in the LGBT community.

"I love working with the organizations to bring their logos to life - or - to create a custom enamel pin for them unique to their style," says Kathner. "When we can help organizations raise funds, it's a great impact for all involved."

We're proud to work with area organizations such as the Transgender Project, WTFemme!? Podcast, Bi-Lesque, Sioux Falls Community Theatre and the South Dakota Public Health Association just to name a few.
